16ARLINGTON offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the 16ARLINGTON garment tags and security seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point; once received and inspected by our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
